I submitted for a custom piece after ordering the large collar stay piece, which was also a custom request. Just called within 7 mins of order and gave clear guidance on what would and what would not work/look good. The piece is perfect. The craftsmanship is superb! Customer is awesome. I ordered two 12" tie racks in white to stack in a tight, unique space in my walk-in closet. Looks and feels perfect. Dapper Woodworks really delivered....kudos!
