Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in Sachse, TX.
Where do you source your materials?
All of our wood is sourced from a Dallas lumber supplier. Our tie pegs are custom made for us by a peg manufacturer in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All tie/ pocket square/ belt racks and shoe horns may take 4-5 weeks to make. Smaller items such as collar stay holders, cedar blocks, and coat hooks may take up to 2 weeks. Pocket square clips and tie pegs ship within a few days. Then once your item is shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
What is your return and warranty policy?
All items are custom made to your specifications so we cannot accept returns. However if you're not pleased with your purchase or you received a defective product then please contact us and we will make it right!
Do you offer personalization?
We do offer laser engraving for an additional $10 per product. Please email us your logo to info@dapperwoodworks.com. If you want text then select a font from Google fonts and let us what you want it to say.
